The Sims 3 Mobile EA on Friday announced that they are currently also developing an i-Phone platform for The Sims 3 & SimCity. EA has however not given any further information regarding the games on this platform, or when the game's are set to be released. More info is available in the Press-Release

When you head down that road, you get a spellbook and cauldron. The spellbook contains all your Sim will learn and the spells fall into three categories – good, neutral and evil. Good spells might include healing sick Sims, neutral allows for teleportation and evil includes starting fires and breaking up relationships.

Tucked away in a house, my Sims always had some reason to not socialize too much with the outside world. In an apartment, though, privacy's almost impossible -- the Sims next door always party too loud (hence the "Bang on Wall" command), the landlord comes for the rent and repairs, housemates are excruciatingly stinky, and so on.
Apartment Life Patch As previously mentioned, More Awesome than You has released an Apartment Life Patch. This however has had an update with an additional bug, and has also had the patches rating increased from Critical to Very Critical. 2 new critical bugs have been discovered in The Sims 2 Apartment Life, and a patch has been released by More Awesome Than You team. The patch corrects the following issues:
- Cellphones can now be answered without being eated. - Receiving NL-mail at an apartment now works, no longer renders mailbox unusable and dooming your sim to eventual eviction.
